Emilie Berkhout

Emilie Berkhout is an International Consultant on the RISE Indonesia team. She is a PhD candidate at the University of Amsterdam and a researcher at the Amsterdam Institute for Global Health and Development (AIGHD). She conducts her doctoral research in the field of development economics, for which she focuses on the effect of policy reforms in basic education on learning outcomes in Indonesia.
