Youdi Schipper

Youdi Schipper is a researcher on the RISE Tanzania team and a research advisor at Twaweza East Africa, an initiative that works on education and issues concerning government transparency and responsiveness in Tanzania, Kenya and Uganda. He is a senior fellow at the Amsterdam Institute for Global Health and Development. His work and publications focus on education reform, impact evaluation and mobile data collection. He manages KiuFunza, a series of experimental evaluations of teacher performance pay designs in public primary schools in Tanzania.
