Julia Ladics Collins

Julia Ladics Collins is a Programme Manager for the RISE Pakistan team based at Evidence for Policy Design (EPoD) at the Harvard Kennedy School. She leads data analysis on the team’s education financing study and supports the team in the management of the education portfolio at EPoD. Prior to joining EPoD, Julia was a consultant in the Education Global Practice of the World Bank, examining the use of classroom observation tools for teacher evaluations in developing countries. Julia has a B.A. in Development Studies and Economics from Brown University, and an MPA also from Brown University.
