Delbert Lim is a quantitative researcher on the RISE Indonesia team based at the SMERU Research Institute. He is currently involved in two research projects on the impact of COVID-19 on learning outcomes and the determinants of diffusion of education policies. Prior to joining to RISE, he worked at Deloitte Indonesia as part of the Corporate Development and Strategy Advisory team.
